Amazon eGift Card (Instant Email or Text Delivery)

From the manufacturer, digital gift cards can be delivered now or scheduled in advance. Customers can add a personal message and send the cards via email or text. Animated gift cards with animation and music are also available, allowing for the addition of a personal message before sending via email or text. Print at Home gift cards can be easily printed and given in person, with the option to print out a PDF file from the customer's orders.

Customers can easily upload a photo or a video less than 30 seconds long and add a personal message to create a custom gift card. These personalized cards can be sent by email or text, or by mail in a gift box, reveal, or greeting card.

There are five main types of gift cards available: Digital, Animated, Print at Home, Add Your Photo or Video, and Send by Mail.

To ensure the recipient receives the gift card, the customer will receive an email notification when the eGift card is delivered. The order status can also be checked on the Your Orders page to confirm delivery.

If the customer enters the wrong email address or phone number, it can be updated until the card is redeemed. After that, Amazon cannot cancel or refund the order, and the balance cannot be transferred. If the gift card cannot be delivered, the customer will be notified to update and resend the information.

eGift cards are normally delivered within 5 minutes, but in rare circumstances, the delivery may be delayed. The customer can check the status of the gift card in their orders. If a delivery is scheduled, the card will be sent on the selected day.

To redeem the email gift card, the recipient can click or tap the "Apply to your Amazon account" button in the email message. Alternatively, they can copy the claim code and paste it into the text field on the Redeem a gift card page.

Amazon.com Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services on Amazon.com. However, the gift card recipient can use the card on Amazon.com and then ship the items to their address of choice, either in the US or in another country.
